Orders of 1-9 books may be purchased with a credit card at our online store.
or send check for $18.50 per book to PO Box 7814 Madison WI 53707. 1-2 book orders are shipped via media mail. 3-9 book orders are shipped via UPS.
Bulk Orders (10 or more books)
We apologize that we are not able to accept credit cards for bulk rate orders at this time. Due to the high number unpaid invoices, as of January 2007 we are requiring payment in advance of shipping. Repeat customers please inquire if you have timely shipping needs.
Please send a check or money order for: $12 per book + Current UPS Ground Rate + $1.00 handling fee payable to MACSAC, PO Box 7814 Madison WI 53707. Bulk orders are shipped via UPS upon receipt of payment. Please include complete shipping address and email with your order if you would like to receive shipping confirmation. Allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.
